Why
A Special Prosecutor's Investigation Is Needed To Sort Out the
Niger Uranium And Related WMDs Mess |
So
egregious and serious are Bush's misrepresentations that they
appear to be a deliberate effort to mislead Congress and the
public. So arrogant and secretive is the Bush White House that
only a special prosecutor can effectively answer and address
these troubling matters. |

President
George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, Secretary
of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, and Attorney General John David
Ashcroft have committed violations and subversions of the Constitution
of the United States of America in an attempt to carry out with
impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes and
deprivations of the civil rights of the people of the United
States and other nations, by assuming powers of an imperial
executive unaccountable to law and usurping powers of the Congress,
the Judiciary and those reserved to the people of the United
States, by the following acts: |

Impeaching
Bush |
Over
the past few weeks, some of the most liberal members of the
House have discussed the possibility of impeaching Bush. Talks
have intensified this week, lawmakers say, largely because war
with Iraq appears imminent.

Investigate
and Impeach Bushfor Failing to Act on 911 Warnings- And then
Lying About It |
Since
911, Americans have learned about numerous warnings that were
received by the Bush Administration before 911.These numerous
warnings were ignored, with fatal consequences for nearly 3,000
people. If these warnings had not been ignored, the Bush Administration
could have protected America by taking decisive action in the
days leading up to 911, and on 911 itself. |

Dear
American People |
We
now face a daunting task. An unpleasant and possibly fatal realization
now confronts all of us in our daily lives.
Many of our most powerful leaders need to be arrested for numerous
and continuing crimes against humanity. |

History
lesson: GOP must stop Bush |
Today,
confronted by the graphic horrors of Abu Ghraib prison, by ginned-up
intelligence to justify war, by 652 American deaths since presidential
operatives declared "Mission Accomplished," Republican
leaders have yet to suggest that George W. Bush be held responsible
for the disaster in Iraq and that perhaps he, not just Defense
Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, is ill-suited for his job. |

We
Used To Impeach Liars |
Once
upon a time, we impeached a sitting President for lying under
oath about sexual trysts. No one died, no one had their legs
or arms or face or genitals blown off because of the lies of
a President who had been caught with his pants down. Today in
America, we endure a sitting President who lied for months about
the threat posed by a sovereign nation. That nation was invaded
and attacked, and thousands died because of it. The aftereffects
of this action will be felt for generations to come. The very
democracy which gives us meaning as a country has been put in
peril by these deeds. When the smoke cleared, every reason for
that war was proven to be a lie. |
